A Vacancy at Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and dynamic co-ordinator to join CLCH’s support services team.
The purpose of this role is primarily a specialist advisory and monitoring role to ensure that the Trust is meeting its statutory obligations in relation to the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 and the Care Quality Commission (Registration) Regulations 2009, and provide assurance that the Trust is delivering a high standard of clinical care to its service users.
Key responsibilities include:
Promoting and providing assurance that the Trust is compliant with various statutory and regulatory requirements.
Providing educational and developmental materials and presentations to senior managers and the Executive team, covering relevant aspects of the regulatory compliance framework.
Preparing reports and undertaking presentations for the Compliance Team, key committees and groups, as required.
Leading the Trust preparation for and participation in regulatory inspections.
Managing actions identified in internal and external compliance inspections.
Managing quality self-assessment audits.
Managing the Trust’s registration with the Care Quality Compliance (CQC)
