Summary
On average RHACC has around 8,000 learners a year undertaking courses ranging from pre-entry level to Level 5. The Management Information Systems (MIS) department plays a key role in the College, supporting every step in the learner's journey from application through to achievement. About the role
The MIS Administrator supports the MIS team with the administration of the college's information systems and ensures the smooth running of the department. You will be involved in managing data systems, aligning MIS functions with organisational objectives, overseeing reporting and funding planning, and supporting project planning. The role is central to maintaining accurate data management and ensuring the delivery of critical insights to drive informed decision-making.
About you
You will be proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel, have good attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team. You will be comfortable communicating both verbally and in writing to all levels in the college, from colleagues to senior management.
