Your responsibilities will include:
* Owning and optimising CRM, email marketing, and retention strategies to enhance customer experience and increase lifetime
value.
* Analysing customer data to segment audiences and personalise marketing efforts across multiple touchpoints.
* Planning, executing, and evaluating retention-focused campaigns.
* Running A/B tests and optimising campaigns to improve KPIs such as click-through rates, open rates, and conversions.
* Monitoring customer behaviour, identifying at-risk customers, and recommending intervention strategies.
* Tracking retention metrics, creating reports, and providing actionable insights to senior management.
* Staying ahead of industry trends and best practices in customer retention strategies.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record in digital retention marketing, using data-driven insights to
enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
You will also need:
* Expertise in CRM and marketing automation tools like Salesforce.
* Data analytics skills and experience using tools such as Google Analytics and Excel
* A deep understanding of email marketing best practices.
* The ability to interpret customer data and create segmented lists for targeted campaigns.
* A test-and-learn mindset, using A/B testing to continuously refine campaign performance.
What We Offer
Alongside a competitive salary and annual bonus, we offer a comprehensive benefits package with a focus on well-being, including:
* 5 weeks of holiday (in addition to 8 public holidays)
* Holiday purchase option
* Enhanced pay for maternity, paternity, and adoption leave
* Company pension
* Life Assurance (4x salary)
* Wellbeing day
* Volunteering day
