You will be tasked with managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and maintaining logs for a variety of facility-related tasks. Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer phone calls and manage inquiries effectively.
Schedule appointments and maintain the reception calendar.
Coordinate mail and package deliveries, ensuring timely distribution.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Assist in monitoring facility repairs and maintenance requests.
Support administrative staff with clerical tasks as needed.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reception management software.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset.
