With offices in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, BLS Global works closely with governments and intermediaries to facilitate investor programs that have raised over USD 200 billion in direct investment.
We now want to grow this business and expand the group in the near future with more exciting openings in London and beyond.
What you will do:
Agreeing and monitoring targets agreed with the Managing Director
Weekly reporting on enquiries, prospective sales and confirmed sales
Be the ambassador of the brand: to have full knowledge of us as a brand and venue capabilities
To respond to all enquiries in a willing and timely manner with up to date, accurate information about Investment Migration
Preparing and sending detailed bespoke quotations, booking confirmations, invoices etc.
Ensure that all event sponsors/exhibitors return the signed terms and conditions, as soon as possible and ensure associated deposits & outstanding balances are paid on time
Create event logistics, sheets, detailing all customer requirements & distribute to relevant departments
Coordinate and order all special guest requirements with our preferred suppliers
Ensure all events are organized and planned in time for deadlines and communicated appropriately Maintain a strong organizational presence across key events
Undertake post-event follow-up calls to show client support, solicit, and address feedback and discover future booking opportunities
Who you will be:
Strong proactive sales/events experience
A natural organiser with strong administrative experience along with superb customer & service delivery skills
Have a real understanding of the operational delivery of events
Experience working in a high volume and fast paced environment
Excellent spoken and written English
Personal drive and ambition
Enthusiastic, personable, enjoys social interaction and with a genuine drive to exceed the guest experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
