Are you a motivated and hands-on logistics administrator looking for a new opportunity with a leading company in Rochdale? Join our clients growing team and be a part of their family-run organisation.
Logistics Administrator Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor to arrange import and export of raw materials and finished products globally
• Coordinate with the sales office to process customer orders and delegate them to warehouse operatives for picking and packing
• Schedule transportation for goods to be delivered to customers
• Ensure all paperwork is accurate and up-to-date
• Utilise SAP to manage warehouse stock levels and locations
• Monitor stock levels and request replenishment from the main warehouse when necessary
• Oversee and manage the company's webshop
• Handle incoming calls and prioritise workload accordingly
This is an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Administrator to join a growing company in its industry. Experience with SAP stock systems is preferred but not essential.
Logistics Administrator Requirements:
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in office administration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to work well in a team
• Experience with SAP stock systems is a plus
