Summary
Finlay Jude Associates are currently supporting a well-known Utility specialist based in the Rochdale area. They are looking to recruit an Administrator to join their busy and fast paced team.
They are looking for somebody on either a full time or part time basis (Monday – Friday)
You must be well organised, highly motivated, committed individual with excellent administration skills.
On a day to day basis you will be supporting the Senior Managers.
Administrator responsibilities:
• Manage in house systems to plan and collate work
• Accounts administration – dealing with timesheets
• Inputting Data
• Fleet administration
• Update and manage spreadsheets
• General filing and admin duties
Skills & Experience of the Administrator:
• Have previous experience in a similar role
• Possesses excellent IT skills, especially in Outlook, Word, Excel
• Is a confident communicator
• Be well organised and able to prioritise workload
• Have good communication skills
• Be able to work well under pressure and to changing requirements
• Be accurate and have good attention to detail
