- 5+ years as a Business Analyst, ideally within large-scale transformation programmes.
- Proven track record in documenting business requirements and delivering complex projects.
- Expertise in process mapping and business process re-engineering.
- Proficient in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented and thorough.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative and results-driven.
- Lead business requirements gathering for the OS2.0 programme and key transformation projects.
- Collaborate on solution design and testing, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
