What You Will Do:
- Devise and execute a sales strategy in collaboration with the General Manager, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Identify and develop strategic business opportunities while managing sales and business development activities.
- Oversee financial reporting, cost control, and profitability for business activities and projects.
- Build and maintain operational plans for key accounts, fostering relationships with strategic service partners.
- Develop new client relationships, primarily in the manufacturing sector, and secure multi-year maintenance contracts.
- Manage existing client accounts to ensure contract performance and drive continuous growth.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven track record in facilities engineering sales and business development.
- Strong understanding of hard FM solutions within manufacturing environments.
