Your new company
My client is a residential sales and lettings agent, chartered surveyor and commercial property agent based in Chelmsford, Essex.
Your new role
They are currently looking for a Commercial Property Administrator to join their team on a permanent full-time basis.
- Supporting our commercial property surveyors with day-to-day management and agency matters
- Arranging management inspections and contractor work visits
- Issuing service charges and insurance invoices to tenants
- Dealing with homeowner supply utilities at our managed properties, liaising with suppliers, providing meter readings, administering supply contracts
- Maintaining tenancy schedules and master spreadsheets
- Monitoring calendar events for forthcoming rent reviews and lease expiry
- Attending management meetings and taking minutes
- Dealing with initial enquiries for properties, we are marketing, issuing brochures, arranging viewings.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in the property industry is desired.
