The Trust is recruiting a Project Officer to deliver implementation of a digital
‘Remote Monitoring System’ (RMS) across UHBW.

The role is a great opportunity for someone who wishes to be involved in an exciting project, which will help transform patient pathways and enhance the experience of our patients.

Please note that this role will require attendance in person and is not a completely remote position.
• To support the roll out and delivery of the UHBW Remote Monitoring System project, working with key stakeholders across the programme area.
• To ensure the development of required project documentation working with key stakeholders in line with the standard project management methodology
• To identify resources required to deliver assigned work.
• Develop, refine, maintain, monitor and manage relevant project plans ensuring progress is tracked and reported in line with project management methodology.
• Ensure that project plan activities are completed by the responsible officers in line with due dates identified in the plan
