The Head of Children’s services is looking for a conscientious, innovative, and creative administrative professional who is looking for a new fulfilling challenge? We have an exciting opportunity to join our expanding CAMHS service supporting the CAMHS senior management team.
The post will provide personal assistants to the Head of Children's Service and the Senior CAMHS Management team within an environment of continuously developing demands.
The role is based at Trust headquarters with the ability to work from home when required.
To provide a comprehensive professional, high quality confidential administration and personal assistant (PA) service to both the Head of Children's Services and the Senior CAMHS Management team within an environment of continuously developing demands.
To co-ordinate the workload for the Head of Children's Services and Senior CAMHS Managers.
Provide support in the organisation and coordination of service related meetings.
Carry out diary and communications management.
Maintain electronic filing systems.
Communicate highly complex and/or sensitive information.
To create and maintain excellent interpersonal and communication skills to ensure effective working relationships at all levels, internal and external to Dorset Healthcare University Foundation Trust, including NHS and non NHS organisations.
