We are looking for self-driven, highly motivated Relocation Services Case Advisors to join the Relocations Team in Abbey Wood, Bristol.
The Relocations Team is responsible for the provision of a full suite of Relocation Services to MOD, DSTL and RFA Civilian Personnel and Key Stakeholders in both the UK and Overseas.
This is a diverse and challenging role that will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to develop their HR knowledge and to gain hands-on experience in the delivery of a high-profile service.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Supporting Permanent and Temporary Transfers within the UK and Overseas, inclusive of a Move of Home, Temporary Travel and Daily Travel.
Provision of Relocation and Associated Policy guidance.
Assessment and making judgement decision within limit of delegation and seeking approval where outside delegation or where decisions made may be contentious.
Process and compliance control in respect of Excess Fares.
Policy guidance, Assistance & Advice of UK and Overseas in relation to UK and Overseas Transfers.
Process UK & Overseas Relocation/Excess Fares etc claims ensuring compliance with MOD Policy and applying HMRC tax/allowances.
Responding to General/Service requests within 2-10 working day Service Level. Agreement (SLA); responding to email requests with 10 working day SLA.
Assisting with the response to complaints within the SLA of 5 working days.
Participation in stakeholder meetings, where necessary ensuring Commercial Partners discharge their contractual obligations in the provision of their services
Awareness of changes in domestic and global relocation services and how they might impact on MOD.
Provision of accurate and timely Management Information (MI).
Training and upskilling of fellow colleagues once proficient in your role.
In this role, occasional travel within the UK (and potentially overseas) will be required to lead or assist with presentations and attend stakeholder meetings. You will also deliver presentations to your team and business area.
