Morson Talent are currently recruiting for an International Contingent Labour Advisor to work on the behalf of our defence client based in Bristol on a 12-month contract.
The client’s International Contingent Labour team are seeking a proactive individual with excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail to join the team as an advisor for a 12-month assignment. The chosen person will work closely with the team lead to ensure the program is running smoothly and to support with current and upcoming projects.
The ideal candidate will have a background in supporting staffing programs, preferably continent/contract labour the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and have strong communication skills, working efficiently as part of an international team.

Position Responsibilities:
Work as part of the client’s International (Non-US) Contingent Labor Solutions Team:
• Oversee the process of hiring and onboarding of contingent labour, responding to issues and questions from the onboarding team and identifying inconsistencies in the processes.
• Complete tasks relating to the staffing processes in appropriate systems, including Workday, Beeline CLRS, Lockbox, N-BAR, Hireright, COI, Compliance Forms, GSEP, IntlCon, Secure badge/EPSS ordering, tracking databases - ensuring compliance with all required processes. Completion of Beeline testing for system updates and improvements
• Attend meetings with key stakeholders across multiple countries directed by team lead - Hiring Managers, Indirect Supply Chain, Security, Global Talent Acquisition, Finance, IT, Legal and Global Privacy Office.
• Manage day-to-day non-US contingent labour queries, including resolution of feeding issues between systems, and escalating to wider team members where appropriate.
• Handle non-US contingent labour related ServiceNow ticket.
• Identifying and analysing any changes to the compliance and onboarding processes. Creating/updating guidance and assisting with training to the wider business.
• Stand in for International Contingent Labour team lead in their absence.
• Report and provide key metric data to assist with day to day running of the program and wider projects as required.

Day-to-day interaction with Non-US Contingent Labor Managed Service Program (MSP):

• Work through issues to resolution with Managed Service Provider across multiple regions - Workday approvals onboarding process queries Purchase Order queries local labour law enquiries COI escalations.
• Liaise with Lead and Indirect Supply Chain on SLA/KPI management to gain understanding of MSP commercial/cost savings framework
• Provide input into ongoing projects relating to global expansion and resource tracking.

The role involves close working with team lead to network and build strategic relationships internally within the client, providing input into GTA, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, HR, around the future of contingent labour at the client.
As we continue to diversify our service offerings, external networking will also be required - with MSP partners, Beeline, Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) and Brightfield - to ensure that the client is kept at the forefront in terms of Contingent Workforce market best practices, including the development of extensive Direct Sourcing models.


Required Skills/Experience:
• Experience within a dedicated Talent Acquisition role (recruitment, staffing, compliance)
• Strong attention to detail
• Strategic thinking
• Strong communication skills - experience building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage multiple tasks, resources, and deadlines effectively


Preferred Skills/Experience:
• Experience managing requisitions and assignments within Beeline and/or Workday
• Previous experience in overseeing a staffing program

Hours of work: 37.5 hours weekly, 9am to 5:30pm
Location: Fully remote role with occasional travel to the client’s Bristol office as required. Candidate will need to collect badge and IT equipment from the Bristol office and undergo onboarding/training at the start of their assignment.

Relocation:
This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
