Specialising in probate genealogy and the administration of international assets, they take instruction from their professional clients to assist them with administering estates, ensuring that they can confidently distribute inheritance to beneficiaries.
Their focus is on best practice, risk mitigation, and maximising estate values for beneficiaries.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage own caseload, completing all client updates in accordance with Company standards and undertaking all technical tasks required on own files.
- Initial calls to business partners to establish a communication plan.
- Undertake technical tasks as delegated by the Team Manager, ensuring that detailed and accurate records are made in accordance with Company standards and procedures.
- Produce reports as appropriate for each case where applicable.
- Managing the budget and disbursements on each case.
- Undertaking additional enquiry, administrative and case support work, as required.
- Follow all Company procedures and update relevant databases and other records as set out by the Company.
- Provide guidance and support to their clients and business partners.

Qualifications are desirable but not essential. They are looking for individuals with some of the following experience:
- A degree level qualification in a research driven subject such as History or Law.
- Excellent attention to detail skills.

- Our client's office based at Spectrum House, Bond Street, Bristol, BS1 3LG (Hybrid working is offered after passing probation).

- Interview - This is your competency-based interview with Emma their Client Service Team Manager (up to 60mins).
- Final Stage - Meet more of the team and ask any final questions.
- Feedback - They will contact you following your interview, typically within 1 week.
