Job Title: Learning Support Assistant
Based within the Alternative Provision centre at The Castle Rock School, part of the Lionheart Educational Trust

Responsible to: Alternative Provision Team Leader/SENCO Lead

Salary: Grade 5: £24,408 - £24,795 (Actual Salary £13,781 – £13,999)

Hours: Monday-Friday 25 Hours per week (9am-2pm) Term time (38 weeks per year)
Contract Term: Until August 2025

The Pioneers’ Centre is an Alternative Provision that is part of the Lionheart Educational Trust. This provision supports students with multiple needs and so this role is vital to help students achieve and thrive.
