You will have excellent communication skills and be able to form professional and effective working relationships.
You will be able to provide solutions to complex tasks that require analysis, evaluation and a degree of judgement with an evidence-based approach. You will have experience of delivering guidance and advice in a professional capacity.
You will have a proven track record of providing systems based support, being able to demonstrate that you are able to understand operational services and issues, and be able to deliver solutions in order to make service improvements.
Experience of administration of operational systems such as Confirm, Bartec, Route Smart and other specialist software, will be advantageous, with experience of using the Microsoft applications suite being essential.
You will be a well organised team player, able to manage own time, prioritise workload and manage conflicting deadlines.
There are currently two vacancies. The first vacancy is a full time, permanent position. The second vacancy is for a fixed term of 12 months, to provide maternity cover. Should your application be shortlisted for interview, the vacancy options will be discussed further with you.
