Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of clients seeking housing assistance.
Provide advice and support to tenants and landlords on housing-related matters.
Conduct assessments to determine client eligibility for housing programs.
Develop and maintain relationships with local housing providers and community organizations.
Assist clients in completing housing applications and paperwork accurately.
Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with housing standards.
Facilitate outreach programs to educate the community on housing resources and services.
Requirements
Proven experience in housing services or a related field.
Strong knowledge of housing regulations and tenancy rights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using computer applications and housing management systems.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
