Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing all costs related to building and civil engineering projects, ensuring that they are completed within budget. This position requires a strong understanding of cost control and the ability to analyse project costs effectively.
Duties
Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects, including materials, labour, and overheads.
Monitor project expenditures and implement cost control measures to ensure financial efficiency.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to provide accurate financial advice throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare tender documents and assist in the selection of contractors and suppliers.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions related to projects.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance.
Supervision of staff including planning and allocation of work.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Electrical Project Manager within the Electrical industry.
Attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
