We are looking for a skilled and dynamic ASW Assistant Team Manager/Practice Manager to join our team at the London Multi-Occupational Centre (MOC). Responsibilities
Assist the Team Manager in the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Supervise and support social work staff, providing regular feedback and performance appraisals.
Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach to service delivery.
Monitor case management processes and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and organizational policies.
Facilitate team meetings and training sessions to enhance staff development and team cohesion.
Participate in the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new team members to ensure effective integration into the team.
Contribute to the strategic planning and implementation of service improvement initiatives.
Requirements
A relevant social work qualification and registration with the appropriate regulatory body.
Demonstrable experience in a supervisory or management role within a social work setting.
Strong knowledge of social work legislation, policies, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with staff and stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and develop solutions.
Commitment to continuous professional development and fostering a culture of learning within the team.
