Description
We are seeking a qualified and experienced ASW with over 2 years of post-ASYE experience to join our dynamic team in the London MOC office. This position offers a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to build upon their existing skills and expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality social work services, engaging effectively with diverse client groups and working closely with multi-disciplinary teams. The ASW will be responsible for implementing interventions and support plans while ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational policies. You will contribute to enhancing the well-being of our clients by providing assessments, conducting interviews, and devising effective care plans tailored to individual needs. In addition to your direct practice, you will also be involved in reflective practice and professional development, contributing to service improvement initiatives and helping to mentor new social workers. Your ability to navigate complex situations, exhibit strong analytical skills, and maintain a person-centered approach will be vital in making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and required interventions.
Develop and implement personalized support plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
Manage a caseload effectively while maintaining accurate and timely documentation of interventions and outcomes.
Liaise with external agencies and stakeholders to coordinate services and resources for clients.
Provide mentorship and support to newly qualified social workers within the team.
Engage in ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and reflective practice.
Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to ensure coordinated care and share insights on client progress.
Requirements
A recognized social work qualification and registration with the relevant professional body.
At least 2 years of post-ASYE experience in social work, preferably within a similar setting.
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in social work.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload effectively.
Proficient in case management software and documentation processes.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and engagement in reflective practice.
Hours Per Week: 35.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £24.83
