Senior Administration Officer - Part Time 21hrs Per Week

As the Senior Administration Officer for West Wimbledon Primary School you would be a key part of our administration team; ensuring the smooth running of non-curriculum functions in school and maximising resources.
West Wimbledon Primary School provides a caring, inclusive and holistic learning environment that sits at the heart of its community and provides a high level of challenge, stimulation and support. We are committed to enabling each child to maximise their potential for both academic and personal successes – which we characterise in our motto: Learning and Growing. We are seeking a suitably experienced and professional individual to join our established team and lead the provision of a comprehensive and efficient administrative service to the school. This will include clerical, communication and reception services, working to strict time schedules. To lead on the School’s management information system (Arbor) and the admission process (SAM). To direct and evaluate the performance members of the office staff, and create processes to help develop skills within the office and steps to improve performance.The role is term time including inset days plus one week. We are able to offer a large degree of flexibility over timings with this role. We would envisage 3 full 7 hour days but would be open to proposals of spreading the hours out flexibly.
