Skills & Experience:

GCSE pass in English and Math or comparable/equivalent qualifications.
Experience on a reception desk/ or dealt with resident queries.
Experience in minute taking
Minute Taking skills

Must have excellent Customer Services skills
Good standard of written and oral skills
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment



What's involved with this role: You will be responsible for delivering exceptional Neighbourhood Management Services to residents, providing excellent customer service across various communication channels.

Your role will involve coordinating key services, such as mutual exchanges, tenancy visits, and Right to Buy applications, ensuring a seamless and proactive approach. You'll work closely with relevant teams to triage inquiries and ensure the Council’s values are upheld in every interaction.

Key duties:

Provide reception services for residents and visitors, addressing tenancy-related queries and low-level anti-social behaviour concerns, and redirecting inquiries to appropriate officers or teams as necessary.
Manage incoming and outgoing housing management posts, emails, and tasks, allocating them to relevant teams and creating cases for correspondence received from residents.
Assign and diarise incoming Members Enquiries and Complaints, ensuring these are directed to the appropriate officers or managers for investigation and response.
Schedule and prioritise the signing of new tenancies, ensuring they are completed within target times to prevent delays in void turnaround.
Prepare and maintain welcome packs for new residents, ensuring adequate stock for upcoming tenancies, and compile relevant data for requests related to Subject Access Requests, Freedom of Information, and Court files.
