Summary

Sugarman's Children Services have teamed up with Treasure boxing club - We are seeking an experienced boxing coach to deliver sessions for Friday sessions 17:00- 18:3) in XP School Doncaster.  

As a boxing coach you will need to monitor the children; enforce club rules; maintain discipline, monitor behaviour, and resolve issues. 

We are looking for a compassionate and patient boxing coach who is looking to work with vulnerable children and help young adults to overcome barriers to learning and achieving their full potential. 

About the Boxing Coach role:

  • Experience: Essential 
  • Hourly Rate: £25.00  
  • Location: XP School Doncaster 
  • Friday sessions 17:00- 18:30
  • Age groups - 6 - 13 years of age. 
  • Boxing Club is run by Treasure Boxing  

Key responsibilities:

  • Log Attendance 
  • Review and record all progress 
  • Be supportive and committed to support the child with progression 
  • Be a positive and motivational role model for all the young adults 
  • Provide a fun and safe environment for all 
  • A calm approach even when under pressure 
  • To follow all the health and safety policies and procedures 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 year's experience as a Boxing Coach 
  • Qualification in Boxing Coaching 
  • Full clean DBS preferably on the update service -  
  • Full right to work in the UK 
  • Experience, knowledge and understanding of safeguarding process 
  • Compassion and understanding of different children backgrounds and their needs
