The Sales Manager will work closely with the BDM to create KPIs for the sales department, removing departmental obstacles and creating opportunities for growth. Responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed targets and overseeing daily operations ensuring delivery of excellent communication levels and customer satisfaction.
Sales Manager, the job:
Manage daily sales duties including quoting, order entry, expediting and status updates
Ownership of all sales tools including CRM software, pipeline, marketing/campaign tracker
Manage and report on forecasting, producing and maintaining sales budgets
Arrange and attend customer meetings with all key accounts and produce sales KPI’s
Ownership of the marketing and aftersales functions ensuring direction is given to drive performance
Work closely with all internal departments to resolve any blockers/obstacles that could impact
Responsible for the management of sales employees with a focus on employee engagement
Sales Manager, requirements:
Proven experience of internal sales leadership able to lead, coach and motivate teams.
In-depth understanding of sales principles, techniques and CRM systems.
Excellent communication and negotiation with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Commercially aware with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.
Proficiency in MS Office and sales software (ERP systems etc)
Be sales focused and have the enthusiasm to grow customer accounts
