Our client is searching for a charismatic, multi-talented Business Centre Co-ordinator to lead the day-to-day operation of the newly refurbished St Matthews Community Enterprise Centre. This isn’t just any workspace – it’s a hub designed to empower Hull’s local economy by supporting social businesses, entrepreneurs, and enterprises.
The centre is more than just a place to work – it's a thriving, inclusive community where people connect, create, and grow. As the Business Centre Co-ordinator, you'll be the heart and soul of this exciting venture, helping to build a vibrant space that fosters business growth, collaboration, and positive social impact.

What will your role look like?
As the Business Centre Co-ordinator, you'll:
• Be the first point of contact for workspace members, ensuring they have a welcoming, seamless experience
• Drive room hire and event space income to meet targets
• Plan and host engaging social and community events, fostering a sense of belonging
• Support tenants and visitors with specialist enterprise advice and guidance, helping them achieve their goals
• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure everything runs smoothly – from resolving issues to overseeing tech, health, and safety compliance
