To be responsible for the financial, operational and clinical performance of ADHD services across North London Mental Health Partnership.
To be responsible for operational delivery of clinical services and participate in the strategic planning and development of ADHD services across the partnership.
Provide specific leadership in the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures.
To provide positive leadership around non-medical prescribing within services.
To ensure that service delivery and improvement plans are developed and implemented throughout the delegated group of services, including objective setting, action and responsibility planning, and review of performance against achievement milestones.
To work in collaboration with other senior managers and clinical leaders within the Division and deputise as required for the Operational Director.
To provide decision making relating to performance, including service user care and support, business processes and service improvement.
To enable and encourage team development through QI initiatives, training and research.
The post holder will be expected to work and lead in a way which supports delivery of local and national priorities as defined by the Trust’s Business Plan and Clinical Strategy.
The partnership between Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust (BEH) and Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust (C&I) is going from strength to strength since it was originally established in 2021 forming the North London Mental Health Partnership.
In order to meet the needs of the new Partnership services you may be required from time to time to work at different locations to your normal place of work. This may mean that you are required to work at any location that fall under Barnet, Enfield and Harringay Trust and Camden and Islington Trust. The Trust reserves the right to require staff to work at such other places or locations as it considers reasonable and necessary on a temporary or permanent basis.
