Description

System C, the UK's leading health and social care software and services company, is looking for a skilled Salesforce CRM Implementation Lead to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in delivering our new Salesforce CRM system, driving integration and automation activities that support our ongoing commitment to improving care through advanced technology.

With over 35 years of experience, System C provides state-of-the-art IT platforms that offer a comprehensive view of individuals across all care settings, helping to integrate services and deliver better care. We are now seeking an experienced implementation professional to lead the deployment of Salesforce, ensuring it meets our business requirements across finance, sales, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of the Salesforce CRM system, ensuring seamless integration with existing business processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and ensure successful delivery.
  • Oversee data migration activities and support change management, helping to embed new processes across the business.
  • Assist with the creation and review of business scenarios for testing, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Manage training initiatives to ensure a smooth go-live process.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure timelines and deliverables are met, addressing any obstacles efficiently.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement strategic improvements for enhanced productivity.

About You:

You are an experienced Salesforce CRM implementation professional with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. You bring an in-depth understanding of Salesforce configuration, system integration, and business process optimisation, and can confidently manage project dependencies and priorities.

Your background includes working across sales, finance, and marketing, and you are comfortable coordinating complex tasks to deliver results on time. Strong leadership, organisational skills, and the ability to engage stakeholders are vital in this role.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience leading Salesforce CRM implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing processes, with expertise in defining and implementing new systems.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in managing system integrations (e.g., Workday, NetSuite, Jira).
