This forward thinking, progressive practice spans three sites, including a state-of-the-art hospital and two preventative care clinics. You'll be joining a collaborative and supportive environment with over 60 passionate team members including Vets, Nurses, PCAs, and client care staff. At the heart of this opportunity is the chance to lead a close-knit team of 4 Vets alongside an experienced Clinical Nursing Manager, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care and fostering professional growth throughout the practice.
The successful candidate will thrive in a leadership position, bringing strong surgical and consulting skills, a commitment to team development, and a desire to help shape clinical strategy and performance. You’ll support and inspire your colleagues while working alongside an experienced Practice Director and Practice Manager who are deeply invested in your success. Those with Senior Vet experience or ambitions to step up into leadership are warmly encouraged to apply, with full support to grow into the role — including training as a GDP advisor if desired.
This modern clinic is impressively equipped with a large imaging suite, laparoscopy kit, brand-new digital X-ray machine, five consult rooms, two operating theatres, and separate facilities for cats and dogs, as well as a peaceful goodbye room. Close collaboration with nearby referral hospitals, including Southfields just five minutes away, allows for top tier patient outcomes and professional development. Plus, the practice is just a short walk from the train station and easily accessible from Essex and parts of London.
