Summary

About the role:

We are currently seeking a competent and friendly Lead Gardener to join our facilities team. You will be in charge of maintaining and enhancing the overall look of the gardens and grounds for a residential property in the local area, which includes mowing the lawns, trimming hedges, and tending to flower beds. As the Lead Gardener, you will be responsible for propagation management and plant health management, and ensuring greenhouses are tended to, as well as managing a team of gardeners.

About you:

We are looking for an experienced Gardener who is reliable, enthusiastic and passionate about the role. This Lead Gardener position requires access to your own vehicle. The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar environment, with relevant qualifications. You will have extensive experience and knowledge with plants, and be confident in leading a team.
