Europcar are looking for a Business Process Improvement Analyst

Location: Leicester / Hybrid

Main purpose of the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Manager. As a Project Manager at Europcar Mobility Group UK (EMG UK), you will be responsible for planning and delivering a range of projects across all of our business functions - ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be proactive, with excellent communication and organisational skills. They will be comfortable working with colleagues at all levels within the organisation.

Main duties of the role:

  • Collaborate closely with interdependent teams to understand the expected project objectives, outcomes and risks.
  • Develop detailed project plans, outlining scope, timelines, and resource requirements for each project.
  • Lead the project team, ensuring all team members are clear on their individual and collective responsibilities.
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring successful delivery within established and developing frameworks.
  • Monitor the progress of each project and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful outputs and outcomes.
  • Identify potential risks and issues, implementing proactive measures to mitigate each.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, collating feedback and managing expectations.
  • Provide regular updates to the PMO and other stakeholders, as required.
  • Actively provide peer-group support and guidance.

Key skills and attributes required:

  • At least one qualification in Project Management (Prince2, Agile, PMP or similar).
  • At least one year's experience as a Project Manager within a commercial organisation.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyse and the ability to interpret and present data.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • The ability to quickly develop positive working relationships.
  • The ability to collaborate with others to develop solutions.
  • A proactive attitude towards continuous improvement.
