The Opportunity:
We are looking for a passionate Higher Education professional with experience in student support to join our award-winning Residence Life team.
To ensure the properties and community for which you are co-responsible for are appropriately resourced, managed, supported and working to meet the objectives set out by the Residence Life team. In this live-in role you will also ensure our Resident Assistants and student residents have appropriate opportunities and support.
This post is a full-time (35 hours per week), open-ended, live-in role
Your skills and attributes for success:
-Proven line and performance management experience of individuals and teams
-A track-record of community building and event planning
-Ability to provide advice, guidance and support
-Flexibility to work flexible hours for welfare issues and crisis management support
-Strong team player with ability to work independently and use initiative when required
