Summary
The role will require excellent project management, social media communication and IT skills, with experience of using a wide range of software packages. Liaise with the Working Well Manager to ensure efficient and effective allocation of MDT resources using an asset based approach Support the Working Well Manager and Workplace Health Events Outreach Coordinator to map and identify key businesses and localities across Essexand capture insight about their workplace wellbeing needs Support the ongoing calendar of Workplace Wellbeing Events and setting up sporting events / or physical activity initiatives, with a range of partner organisations that will promote and increase access to Working Well, Essex Wellbeing Service and other partner services Promote Essex Working Well and attend a range of workplace networking events Develop communications to aid promotion and strengthen the Essex Working Well presence on social media and with multi-disciplinary partners. Providing input and support to other members of the team to promote the serviceand evaluate Working Well programmes, events, and initiatives. Maintain accurate workflow data to ensure relevant evidence and information is captured to ensure effective reporting outcomes for Essex Working Well and wider Essex Wellbeing Service for ECC commissioners.This will also work towards the ambitions for the Smokefree Generation. Ensure appropriate health and safety protocols are followed for sporting or physical activity events. Any other function commensurate with competencies and job role
