Business Support Coordinator
Interviews for the role will be held week commencing the 9th of September.
About the role...
An exciting opportunity has become available to join our admin team as Business Support Coordinator. This role is all about providing business support to the Forward Leeds management team, this will include arranging room bookings, sending out invites and relevant papers and producing clear and concise minutes. This role would be well suited to someone who is extremely organised, has a methodical approach, proven business administration skills and has experience supporting and producing high quality minutes for meetings at all levels.
Main duties of the role will include:
To provide direct admin support to the directors and senior management team.
To support, plan and organise meetings, away days, conferences, and events.
To support the chairs of various meeting within the Forward Leeds Governance Framework ensuring that invites, papers and actions are sent out in a timely manner.
To attend meetings and produce accurate minutes within 7 working days.
To support the safeguarding lead in reporting all safeguarding notifications to CQC.
To liaise with the directors and senior management Team to co-ordinate annual staff and client questionnaires.
