An opportunity has arisen foraMRICS certifiedSenior Building Surveyor to join a well-established multidisciplinary consultancy firm.Our client offers wide range of services in construction & property across the UK.In this role, you will report to Senior Associate Building Surveyor / Partner while crafting dilapidations schedules and estimating costs.
You will be required to travel to fulfil project requirements.
You will be responsible for:
- Drafting tenants lease liability schedules.
- Offering strategic advice on negotiation tactics and timing.
- Advising clients on repair works versus financial settlements.
- Offering Section 18 Valuations per Landlord and Tenant Act 1927.
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) surveys and CAPEX Schedules.
What we are looking for:
- Previously worked as a Building Surveyor in a similar role.
- Relevant educational background with strong numeracy and literacy skills.
- Hold a degree, preferably with RICS accreditation.
- Skilled in IT, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
