Job Purpose:

This role involves providing support for Payroll and HR administration, including offering technical guidance on payments, allowances, deductions, and managing the salary sacrifice scheme. Key responsibilities include assisting with payroll input, ensuring adherence to standard procedures and deadlines, handling queries, and making decisions within established procedures.
