Job Purpose: To provide internal Employment Law advice to the council.

Requirements

Qualified Solicitor holding an unrestricted practising certificate issued by the Law Society of Scotland. Continuing Professional Development will be up to date as required by the Law Society of Scotland with existing Employment Law experience.
