Job Description
WEA are looking for talented individuals to help us deliver our mission - to bring education within reach.

As one of our Enrolment and Onboarding Agents, you will be providing an effective and timely service in the admission of learner applications, both online, telephone and face-to face, onto WEA programmes of learning across your geographical patch of the country.

Reporting into the Enrolment and Onboarding Team Leader You will be responsible for the administration of new learner enrolments, applicant processing, and learner communication/query resolutions.

our eye for detail and rigorous approach to quality will be crucial in ensuring that the WEA meets its contractual requirements, ranging from the submission of valid and eligible claims, whilst playing a key role in ensuring exceptional customer experience is at the forefront of all admissions processes and procedures. This role will involve a lot of travel in and around your geographical area, therefore being able to drive is preferrable.

Our key deliverables and performance measures for this role are:
1.Responsible for processing documentation and learner recruitment using internal and external systems accurately and to agreed service levels through to learner onboarding
2.Advise colleagues on related learner need in line with Association guidelines, such as ALS and DLS requirements
3.Lead on the checking and verification of learner eligibility in line with funding rules and legislation
4.Ensure that auditable evidence is collected and maintained in line with requirement of all funders; and ensuring all fee waivers are applied at the point of enrolment
5.Provide initial information and advice in line with our IAG framework and to matrix standards
6.Provide an exemplary standard of customer service through various methods
7.Use systems effectively to ensure that evidence collection and claims preparation activity remains up to date and auditable.
8.Conduct prior attainment checks for learners in line with programme and funding requirements.
9.Work closely with the delivery teams to ensure that learner registrations are completed quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining the levels of quality and compliance required by WEA and its funders

The experience, skills and qualifications needed for this role are:
1. Knowledge of enrolment processes and systems
2. Understanding of funding requirements in relation to education delivery
3. Accurate data entry skill
4. Delivers excellent service
5. Knowledge of or experience in the field of Education
6. Ability to collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to ensure that the
learners are allocated to the right provision in the right places.
