ONBOARDING COORDINATOR



Salary: £31,575.05 per annum

Working Hours: Fixed Term Contract (12 months), Full Time, 40 hours per week, 8am to 4:30pm

Location: Hinkley Point C, Bridgwater, TA5 1UD



G4S Facilities Management are recruiting an Onboarding Coordinator, full time to cover on a fixed term basis for twelve months in Bridgwater, Somerset.



This role primarily focuses on ensuring an efficient and effective on-boarding process, as well as governance and compliance in line with client requirements in relation to qualification and competency checks prior to onboarding staff.

Key Responsibilities

Create Job Advertisements on HPC Jobs Service.

Attend Recruitment Events for HPC promoting G4S FM, interacting with potential new employees

All aspects of Recruitment including arranging and attending interviews,

Organising Training courses, IT Training with NNB Security and Supervisor Training Courses.

Ordering Google Accounts/EDF Green Network.

Requests for IT Hardware such as Chromebooks/ Mobiles/Laptops. Updating IT Log

Ensuring an effective administrative service is delivered in relation to pre-screening and vetting for all employees, customers and potential employees including booking of Health & Safety Tests and inductions.

Managing all pre-placement vetting administration, including occupational health forms, ID documentation and any rejection notifications and withdrawals.

Booking urgent subcontractors on site to complete project work in order to meet PPM targets.

Continuous maintenance of WIMS to ensure all HPC workers’ records are accurate and kept up to date to prevent site badges being disabled ie. Induction dates/HS&S Expiry dates/Training updates.

Raising Purchase Orders on ARIBA and goods Receipting.

Responsible for issuing security door fobs for Woodlands House and updating log.




Essential Criteria:

Excellent IT skills to include MS Excel & Word.

Excellent Organisational Skills and strong Verbal Communication Skills

2 plus years’ experience of administration in a high-volume environment

Experience of delivering good customer service

Proven ability to work well within a team and motivated to promote good team work with colleagues
