Roles & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, outstanding leadership skills, and a proven track record in restaurant management. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, and driving business growth.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Recruiting, training and supervising staff.
Agreeing and managing budgets.
Creating staffing rotas.
Planning menus.
Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation.
Promoting and marketing the business.
Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies.
Handling customer enquiries and complaints.
Taking reservations.
Greeting and advising customers.
Problem solving.
Preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports.
Keeping statistical and financial records.
Assessing and improving profitability.
Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives.
Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.

Relevant Experience:
1. Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
4. Solid understanding of restaurant operations and financial management.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Benefits & Salary:
 The annual package is £ 37000 to £39000, depending on experience.
 Assistance with accommodation and free meals.
 20 holidays plus 8 bank holidays per.
 Number of positions x 1.
 Sponsorship may be available for overseas candidates.
