Crynodeb
We expect that our restaurant manager will be responsible for the following duties:
(a) Plans catering services and directs staff.
(b) Decides on range and quality of meals and beverages to be provided.
(c) Discusses customer’s requirements for special occasions.
(d) Purchases or directs the purchasing of supplies and arranges for preparation of accounts.
(e) Verifies that quality of food, beverages and waiting service is as required, that kitchen and dining areas are kept clean and appropriate hygiene standards are maintained in compliance with statutory requirements.
(f) Plans and arranges food preparation in collaboration with other staff and organises the provision of waiting or counter staff.
(g) Checks that supplies are properly used and accounted for to prevent wastage and loss and to keep within budget limit.
(h) Determines staffing, financial, material and other short- and long-term requirements.
Moreover, the restaurant manager will be responsible for handling administration and paperwork.
Educational Qualification:
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent

In addition, our desired restaurant manager must have time management skills.
Experience
As a restaurant manager, our prospective employee should have at least three
years’ practical experience. Industry specific academic qualification will be
considered as an added experience.
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £38,700 per year.
