We are looking for a full time Wernher Restaurant Manager, (Outlet Manager), to delight our guests with amazing service all day every day.
You will bring your wealth of experience to Luton Hoo Hotel, Golf and Spa and will welcome the opportunity to manage our prestigious 2 x Rosette Wernher Restaurant.
Working 40 hours a week, 5 days out of 7, (shifts).
What we are looking for:
Proven track record in a similar position within F&B and preferably hotels.
High service quality standards with a driven and ‘can do’ attitude.
Experience of working with brand standards.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Excellent wine and beverage knowledge, e.g. WSET
Great communication skills
Great leadership skills, able to enthuse the team to deliver their best every day.
Experience of electronic rota systems e.g. Fourth hospitality.
Comprehensive user of POS and inventory systems.
Personal licence desirable
