HIIBA LIMITED is expanding its operations and seeking a passionate Operations Manager. As an Operations Manager at HIIBA LIMITED, the employee will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the operational efficiency of the franchise outlet.
Main duties include:
• Develop and execute strategic operational plans to ensure smooth operations in our franchise outlet.
• Supervise daily activities, staffing, inventory control, and quality assurance.
• Improve operational processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and lower our environmental impact.
• Efficiently manage supply chain operations to guarantee a steady supply of premium, sustainably sourced products.
• Work closely with management to implement initiatives that align with our commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.
Skills and Education:
• Proven experience in management, preferably in the food and beverage or retail sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Adept at problem-solving and decision-making.
• Commitment to sustainability and ethical business practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
