Crynodeb
The post holder will have the opportunity to work with senior medical educators who can support their development as an educator during the placement and advise on opportunities for personal development. A customised programme of training and educational experience will be encouraged. The post holder will be an integral member of the postgraduate educational faculty of SLaM and will have the opportunity to observe and contribute to all aspects of the postgraduate programmes and to gain an understanding of structure and governance within education. The role is designed to develop the individuals expertise in all aspects of medical education in line with the Professional Standards of the Association of Medical Education (AoME).
