We are looking for a full time Team Administrator with a keen eye for detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills to join our passionate PRS Lettings Team.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to work within a busy yet fun office environment and have a strong customer focussed approach to your work. It is essential that you have excellent IT skills/knowledge of using Microsoft packages. Not only will you be able to use your own initiative, you must also work well as part of a team.
The successful candidate will provide assistance to the Lettings Team and perform tasks relating to the marketing and letting of Metra Living’s portfolio of properties. This includes data input, marketing, leads management, appraisals, tenant referencing, mail outs and creating and maintaining property listings on Metra Living’s own website as well as Zoopla and Rightmove.

This role also involves a variety of administrative duties including:


• taking incoming telephone calls
• responding to email enquiries
• arranging and facilitating meetings
• preparing and collating reports
• minute taking
• scanning
• processing invoices
• other ad hoc duties

Our head office is a new modern building based in Stratford, one of the most exciting parts of London. With only a 10 minute walk from Stratford station our office has access to fast links to Central London, the south and east of England and has easy access to the A11, A12, A13, A102, A406, M11, M25. We are also in walking distance to Westfield Stratford City, the prestigious gateway to the London 2012 Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park has over 350 shops, 70 places to eat and drink, plus a cinema and bowling facilities – which is great for team events!
