Lettings Executive – East London (Traditional & Guaranteed Rent Services)
Location: East London
Salary: £22,500 – £25,000 (depending on experience) | OTE £45,000
Start Date: ASAP
Reporting to: Branch Manager
Employment Type: Full-time, site-based
About the Opportunity
One Property Recruitment is proud to be representing a long-established Sales, Lettings, Commercial & Property Management agency based in East London. Established in 1989, the business is a trusted provider of traditional rental services and one of London’s most successful Rent Guarantee Service specialists. They work closely with local and central government to procure properties for emergency housing needs.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Lettings Executive to join a dynamic team. You’ll be responsible for generating new business, managing lettings processes, and maintaining high service standards across the board.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new and repeat business across lettings and property management
Meet and exceed personal KPIs
Conduct property viewings and manage the full lettings process
Promote and monitor online reviews
Cross-sell Sales, Lettings, and Management services
Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate data reporting
Support innovation and new service offerings
Ideal Candidate – You MUST:
Have at least 1 year of lettings experience
Be confident, articulate, and ambitious
Possess strong negotiation and communication skills
Be organised, punctual, and proactive
Hold a full UK Driving Licence and have access to a car
Be proficient in IT and active on social media
Industry qualifications (NAEA, NFOPP, ARLA) are a plus but not essential
