Description
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Lettings Officer, designated as LBS-008, to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in managing and facilitating the lettings process to ensure efficient occupancy of properties while providing exceptional service to tenants and landlords alike. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, utilizing strong communication and organizational skills to handle various tasks related to property management. The Lettings Officer will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies that enhance the visibility of our property listings and work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth operational processes. In addition to managing tenant inquiries and viewings, this position involves ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, managing landlord relationships, and overseeing documentation related to lettings. Responsibilities
Manage the lettings process from property listings to tenant move-in
Conduct property viewings and respond to tenant inquiries professionally
Maintain accurate records of property availability, viewings, and tenant applications
Ensure compliance with all relevant housing legislation and regulations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Handle tenancy agreements, renewals, and terminations efficiently
Collaborate with maintenance teams to address tenant concerns and property upkeep
Requirements
Proven experience in property management or a similar role
Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and property compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in property management software and MS Office suite
A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and resolving issues effectively

End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £19.94
