Come and make a difference at Karbon as a Senior Asset Surveyor

We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of Senior Asset Surveyor in the Asset and Regeneration Team. This post will be based at our Gosforth or Stanley Office and is a permanent full-time position.

About the role

The right candidate will have experience working at a senior level in asset management and will be responsible for leading a team of Asset Surveyors in the delivery of annual, multi-year stock condition surveying programmes, and building surveys. Ensuring a high-quality, cost effective service.

In addition, you will assist in the development of reliable and efficient investment programmes. As well as supporting the review of the property portfolio, identification and delivery of stock rationalisation, remodeling and regeneration opportunities whilst maximising the performance of our assets. An exceptional eye for detail is required.

About you

We seek an enthusiastic and personable individual who can lead and inspire the surveying team. The successful applicant will be data driven and capable of working to a high standard, on their own and within a team, promoting the Karbon values and brand and ensuring that targets and KPI’s are achieved.

You will be highly motived, have good time management with a great attention to detail, be able to work unsupervised, encouraging collaboration across Karbon Homes and have a clear strategic focus on surveying and planned investment.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.

    • Senior Asset Surveyor – permanent role
    • Salary is £45,123 plus a Karbon car payment of £2,260 per annum
    • Location: flexible base can be Stanley or Gosforth
    • Regular travel will be required.
    • 37 Hours per week with some homeworking available/flexible working
