Your new role

  • Ensuring financial gains in Corporate Lending by implementing suitable risk management strategies on the loan portfolio.
  • Evaluating and keeping track of the creditworthiness of current and prospective clients.
  • Creating reports, preparing presentation materials, and submitting credit applications to the local management and central office.
  • Reviewing documents and contracts related to loans, and engaging in discussions with legal professionals, financial experts, and clients.
  • Acting as a representative of the organisation and visiting other financial institutions and clients (both current and potential) to foster new and existing business relationships.
  • Coordinating with the central office concerning the responsibilities mentioned above


What you'll need to succeed


The ideal candidate for the Credit Analyst role at our foreign bank in London will be a highly organised and detail-oriented individual. This person should possess:

  • Proficiency in both English and Japanese, including writing, reading, and speaking, is crucial.
  • It's necessary to have a solid understanding of financial statements.
  • Administrative skills are vital due to the extensive due diligence and monitoring tasks for clients and transactions.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in dealing with and analysing financial statements in a financial institution, accounting firm, or corporate planning division is required.
