Responsibilities:
work schedules, assigns tasks, and delegates responsibilities;
Able to communicate with suppliers and can introduce new potential products.
Can make comparisons for new products based on amazon and other marketplaces.
Can increase business after introducing new products line.
advises on the handling of all correspondence and inquiries relating to accounts, sales, statistical and vacancy records;
ensures that procedures for considering, issuing, amending, and endorsing insurance policies are adhered to;
Day-to-day office management, plans, organizes, and coordinates the activities and office resources
must have deep knowledge of FBA (Fulfilment by Amazon) and FBM (Fulfilment by Merchant)
list the product on amazon.co.uk as well as other amazon marketplaces.
Must be able to communicate with amazon catalogue team about the issues with the products.
Order management both FBA and FBM based on the daily sales.
Order preparation and shipments management.
inventory management both, FBA and FBM.
Sales management and after sales administration
